Scheduling:Although appointments are preferred, they are not always necessary. We are happy to accommodate walk-in clients if availability permits.
Arrival: Please plan to arrive at least 10 mins before your scheduled appointment time, in the event your service requires pre-treatment time. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment may have to be shortened so the following appointment can proceed on time.
Private Parties: We offer private parties for special events, or just because, we consider a group of three or more to be a party, there is a service fee of $150 for private parties. If you are interested, please contact us in advance for more information and to allow time for planning.
Cancellation Policy: If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, or private party, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the service price. A credit card is required at the time you book your appointments and a deposit for any private parties.
Gift Cards: Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount or specific services. Gift cards can be used towards any service or retail of choice.
